    • Custom Orders: If you don’t see exactly what you want online, call or email us. If we can help you, we will.

    • Corporate Accounts: We offer account facilities to approved companies. Please contact us to apply.

    You will receive two emails:

    1. Order Confirmation: An automatic email with a 6-digit website ID immediately after placing your order.
    2. Processing Confirmation: A second email with a standard order number (e.g., RO-123456) once our team has checked and confirmed your delivery details.

    Orders must be placed by 11:00 AM for same-day delivery. If you require same-day delivery after this time, please phone us on (08) 9524 9060 to see if we can accommodate you (not guaranteed).

    No. While our shop in Secret Harbour is open on Sundays for walk-in customers, our delivery couriers do not operate on Sundays. Any orders placed for Sunday will be delivered on Monday.

    No, we do not offer a "Click & Collect" service.All online orders are for delivery only. If you would like to purchase flowers to take home yourself, please visit our store in person at Secret Harbour Square to choose from our daily range.

    We accept requests but cannot guarantee specific times.

    • Business Addresses: Please advise us of the closing time.
    • Home Addresses: Drivers will deliver at the most efficient time for their route.

    We prefer someone to be home. If no one is available, we will leave the flowers in a safe, secure location.
    However, we will NOT leave flowers if:

    • There is no safe/sheltered area.
    • We cannot access the property (e.g., security gates/apartments).
    • The address provided is incorrect.

    On days exceeding 30 degrees, if no one is home, we may choose not to leave the flowers to prevent them from wilting in the heat. Instead, we will return the order to the store for collection by the recipient.

    • Important: Please include the recipient's phone number so we can call ahead on hot days to arrange a suitable option.

    If we cannot deliver safely (due to locked gates, wrong address, or apartments with no access), we will attempt to contact you (the Sender) and then the Recipient.
    If we cannot reach anyone, the driver must leave without delivering.

    • You will be notified via email.
    • A re-delivery fee will apply for delivery the following day.
    • If the new delivery address is in a different zone, additional fees may apply on top of the re-delivery fee.

    Ordering and products

    It depends on the product!

    • Bouquets: Arrive wet-wrapped (stems in a water bag) to keep them fresh until they can be placed in a vase.
    • Arrangements: Arrive in a ceramic pot, mason jar, or box (no vase needed).

    Once you select your flowers, you will be able to add these treats directly to your cart:

    Yes! We specialise in wedding flowers for venues across Rockingham, Mandurah, Baldivis and anywhere in between. From bridal bouquets to arbour arrangements, we would love to be part of your special day.

    Complaints and Refunds

    Complaints must be made within 48 hours of delivery, either by phone or in person.

    • If your complaint relates to flower quality, you must provide photos.
    • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds on orders.
    • If an order has not yet been made, you may transfer the value to a new delivery address/date within 30 days.

    Flower care guide

    • Clean Vase: Bacteria kills flowers! Scrub your vase before use.
    • Trim Stems: Cut 2cm off all stems at a sharp angle using sharp scissors.
    • Remove Leaves: Strip any foliage that sits below the waterline.
    • Location: Keep away from direct sunlight, heat, draughts, and fruit bowls (ethylene gas ages flowers).
    • Refresh: Change the water and re-trim stems every 2 days.
    • Water Daily: Never let the green foam (oasis) dry out. Add a small cup of water daily.
    • Protect Furniture: Always place a coaster or mat under the arrangement to prevent water damage.
    • Lilies: Pull the pollen stamens out as soon as the flower opens to prevent staining. (Tip: Use sticky tape to lift pollen off fabric—do not rub!).
    • Tulips: They continue to grow in the vase! Turn the vase to keep them straight. Never mix tulips with daffodils.
    • Tropicals (Orchids/Anthuriums): Mist the flowers with a fine water spray and wipe leaves with a damp cloth to keep them glossy.
